Operating Instructions
■ Interrupt the compressed air supply to the air connection [1-7] and
bleed completely.
■ Unscrew pressurized cup lid [2-4].
■ Pull off the air hose [1-3] using the quick coupling [1-3].
■ Unscrew the top safety screw [2-1] from the bottom safety screw [2-2]
.
■ Unscrew the bottom safety screw from the pressurized cup lid.
■ Carefully remove the seal [2-3].
■ Dispose of all parts.
■ Position the seal on the bottom safety screw.
■ Turn the bottom safety screw [2-2] with seal [2-3] into the pressurized
cup lid [2-4] and screw tight.
■ Turn the top safety screw [2-1] into the lower safety screw and screw
tight.
■ Turn the pressure relief screw [3-1] into the cup lid.
■ Screw the pressurized cup lid onto the pressurized cup.
■ Connect air hose with quick coupling.
10.2. Replace pressure relief screw
■ Interrupt the compressed air supply to the air connection [1-7].
■ Bleed the pressurized cup [1-10] using the bleeder screw [1-1].
■ Unscrew pressurized cup lid [3-2].
■ Pull off the air hose [1-3] using the quick coupling [1-3].
■ Unscrew the pressure relief screw [3-1] from the pressurized cup lid.
■ Check the pressure relief screw for any signs of damage and clean
thoroughly. Replace pressure relief screw if there are any signs of
damage.
■ Turn the pressure relief screw into the cup lid.
■ Screw the pressurized cup lid onto the pressurized cup.
■ Connect air hose to the quick coupling.
11. Care and storage
Careful handling, together with constant maintenance and care of the
product, is necessary to ensure the functioning of the pressurized cup.
■ Store the pressurized cup in a dry place.
■ Clean the pressurized cup thoroughly every time after it has been used
and every time before changing the material.
