The chair comes fitted with glides for carpets or alternatively with
felt glides for hard surfaces.
HAL Tube with a powder-coated base is suitable for outdoor use.
Special additives in the seat pan slow the fading of colours caused
by UV rays. Nevertheless, if the chair is exposed to sunshine for a
longer period of time, the colours may change somewhat. We rec-
ommend that the chair not be exposed to sunshine for longer than
is necessary. If the chair is left out of doors for longer periods, we
recommend that it is tilted against a table so that water can run off
of the seat pan.
HAL Sledge is also available with linking elements. In the version
for connection in rows, HAL Sledge can be securely connected
and easily centred when forming the rows. They are connected
by slotting the hooks into the corresponding eyes.
Care instructions. For cleaning the plastic and wood surfaces,
please use a soft damp cloth without a rough surface and a gentle,
neutral cleaning product or mild soapy water. Careful drying is
then recommended. Do not use scouring detergents, powder,
pastes, or aggressive "all purpose"cleaning agents such as alcohol
as they attack the surface.
Before applying a cleaning product, it is advisable to first test it
on a small nonconspicuous area. Be sure to follow the instructions
provided by the cleaning agent manufacturer.
You can also clean polished chrome surfaces with a small amount
of agent and then rub them dry.

We highly recommend the use of environmentally-friendly
cleaning products.
Your HAL should be used in accordance with a general duty of
care and only used as a seating facility as specified. If it is used in
any other way there is an increased risk of accidents (e.g. by using
it for standing on or by sitting on the armrests).
