1. GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The user manual is designed to assist in the safe and
trouble-free use of the device. The product is designed and
manufactured in accordance with strict technical guidelines,
using state-of-the-art technologies and components.
DO NOT USE THE DEVICE UNLESS YOU HAVE
THOROUGHLY READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS
USER MANUAL.

To increase the product life of the device and to ensure
a trouble-free operation, use it in accordance with this user
manual and regularly perform the maintenance tasks. The
technical data and specifications in this user manual are
up – to – date. The manufacturer reserves the right to make
changes associated with quality improvement.

2. USAGE SAFETY
ATTENTION! Read all safety warnings and all
instructions. Failure to follow the warnings and
instructions may result in an electric shock, fire
and/or serious injury or even death.
The terms „device" or „product" are used in the warnings
and instructions, to refer to the Personal scale. Do not use
in very humid environments or in the direct vicinity of
water tanks. Prevent the device from getting wet Risk of
electric shock!

2.1. SAFETY AT THE WORKPLACE

a)
Upon discovering damage or irregular operation,
immediately switch the device off and report it to
a supervisor without delay.
b)
If there are any doubts as to the correct operation
of the device, contact the manufacturer's support
service.
c)
Only the manufacturer's service point may repair the
device. Do not attempt any repairs independently!

2.2. PERSONAL SAFETY

a)
The device is not designed to be handled by persons
(including children) with limited mental and sensory
functions or persons lacking relevant experience
and/ or knowledge unless they are supervised by
a person responsible for their safety or they have
received instructions on how to operate the device.
2.3. SAFE USE OF THE DEVICE
a)
Do not use the device if the ON/OFF switch does not
function properly (does not switch the device on and
off). Devices which cannot be switched on and off
using the ON/OFF switch are hazardous, should not
be operated and must be repaired.
b)
When not in use, store in a safe place, away from
children and people not familiar with the device, who
have not read the user manual. The device may pose
a hazard in the hands of inexperienced users.
c)
Device repair or maintenance should be carried out
by qualified persons, only using original spare parts.
This will ensure safe use.
d)
To ensure the operational integrity of the device, do
not remove factory fitted guards and do not loosen
any screws.
e)
Clean the device regularly to avoid a durable
encrustation of dirt.
f)
Exceeding the maximum weight load may cause
damage to the device.
g)
Check the condition of the scale hook before each
use.
3. USE GUIDELINES
The device is designed to weigh a person standing on the
weighing platform.
The user is liable for any damage resulting from non-
intended use of the device.

3.1. PREPARING FOR USE

Remove the small flap located at the back of
the device, insert the batteries according to the
indications and pictures on the device. Close the flap.
Wait until digits are shown on the display.
The device is ready to be used.

3.2. DEVICE USE

Weighing:
1.
Place the scale on a flat, hard surface.
2.
Stand on the scale. Arrange the feet evenly on the
device.

Wait motionlessly until the measurement is taken.
4.
Once you get off the scale, it will switch off
automatically.
Overload indicator
When the scale is overloaded (180kg / 396 lb), the display
will show the message "Err". Do not overload the device.
Error messages:
"Err" – scale overloaded
"LO" – low battery
UNIT – change of the unit of weight:
Press the UNIT button to change the unit of weight
(kg, lb).
Calibration:
1.
After installing the battery, 8,888 will be displayed.
2.
Press the „UNIT" button three times, then press
again and hold the button until 4 random digits are
displayed (e.g. 1911),
3.
Press the „UNIT" button again, 50.0 kg will be
displayed and flashing. At this point, place 50 kg
weight / weights on the weighing pan,
4.
After calibrating, 100.0 kg will automatically flash on
the display. Place a weight / weights of a total weight
of 100 kg on the pan.
5.
After calibrating, 150.0 kg will automatically flash on
the display. Put a weight / weights of a total weight
of 150 kg on the weighing pan. After calibrating,
a „PASS" message appears automatically on the
display, then 150.0 kg will be displayed, then the
calibration will be complete.
Instructions for use
Do not leave any weights on the scale for a long time.
Avoid extreme temperatures. The scale should not
be exposed to direct sunlight or placed near air
conditioning systems.
Avoid strong electric or magnetic fields.
Make sure that the scale is placed on a stable surface
and it is not exposed to vibrations.
Do not place the scale near open windows or doors,
air conditioning systems or fans that can cause
unstable measurement results due to improper air
circulation.
Keep the scale clean. Do not place any objects on the
scale if it is not used.
The scale surface should be dry to avoid slipping.
When the message "Err" is shown on the screen, the
batteries need to be replaced.
The device works best at room temperature. Let it
adapt to room temperature for at least 1 hour before
use.
Store the device in a clean environment. Dust, dirt,
humidity, vibrations, air currents and proximity to
other electronic devices can have a negative effect on
the reliability and accuracy of the scale.
Avoid shaking or dropping the device. It must
be handled with extreme caution. Avoid rough
treatment, because it can permanently damage the
internal sensor.

3.3. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

a)
Only use non-corrosive cleaners to clean each surface.
b)
After each cleaning, all parts should be dried before
reusing the device.
c)
Store the unit in a dry, cool place, free from moisture
and direct exposure to sunlight. Do not store the scale
vertically.
d)
Never spray the device with water jets.
e)
Regular inspections of the device must be carried out
to check its technical efficiency and for any damage.
f)
Use a soft cloth for cleaning.
g)
Do not leave the battery in the device if it will not be
used for longer periods.
h)
The device must not be washed with water. This
prohibition applies for both external and internal
parts.
SAFE REMOVAL OF BATTERIES AND RECHARGEABLE
BATTERIES
The device uses 1.5 V AAA batteries.
Dead batteries are removed from the device using the
same procedure by which they are installed.
Dispose of batteries with the appropriate recycling
facility.
DISPOSING OF USED DEVICES
Do not dispose of this device in municipal waste systems.
Hand it over to an electronic and electrical device recycling
and collection point. Check the symbol on the product, user
manual and packaging. The plastics used to construct the
device can be recycled in accordance with their markings. By
choosing to recycle, you are making a significant contribution
to the protection of our environment.

recycling facilities.
