The Luminette device should not be used next to or on top of other
devices because it may cause a malfunction. In the event that such
usage is unavoidable, monitor both devices and make sure of their
normal operation.
•
The use of accessories and cables other than those specified or
provided may cause an increase in electromagnetic emissions or
a decrease in the integrity of the equipment and may result in
improper operation.
•
Portable radio frequency communications devices (including items
such as antenna cables and external antennas) should not be used
closer than 30 cm (12 inches) to any part of the Luminette® Drive,
including specified cables. Otherwise, the performance of these
devices may be affected.
G. Road safety
The user shall remain solely responsible for the use of the device at all
times and in strict compliance with the terms of service and the Highway
Traffic Act.
In particular:
•
Device settings (brightness or beam angle) may only be adjusted
when the vehicle is stationary and off the road.
•
Luminette Drive is not a substitute or complement to roadway lights.
Only use the device during the day or on sufficiently lit roads, in
good light and visibility conditions.
