4.2 ELECTRIC CONNECTION

The slicer is equipped with a power supply cord and
a VDE PLUG.
Connect the slicer with 230V ~50Hz power source.
Check that the earthing is fully operational.
Moreover, check the features on the rating plate
whether the serial number corresponds to the fea-
tures shown in the delivery note.
If the direction of rotation is wrong, reverse two of
the three power supply cords in the plug or in the
socket.

4.4 FUNCTION CHECK

Before testing the slicer check that the food tray is
blocked and then try the function according to the
following procedures:
• push the switch-on button "I" (ON) and the
switch-off button "0" (OFF);
• check slicing of the food tray and meat pusher;

• check functioning and adjustment of the plate using
the dial knob;
• check functioning of the sharpener;
• check that the slicer turns off upon unscrewing the
tie rod for blade guard.
