Handle the descaling agent carefully. Make sure you do not damage furniture or clothing.

Using the descaling program

Your coffee pad machine has an automatic descaling program which lasts approx. 30 minutes.

Prepare a catch basin with a capacity of at least 1 litre, which fits underneath the spouts.
>
You may need to remove the drip tray and drip tray grid.
Once the descaling program is up and running, you can terminate it in an emergency by unplugging the
mains cable.
The appliance must be in the Off state.
Preparations

Remove the water filter from the water tank and place the suction cap back on firmly.
Make sure that the arrow marking on the suction cap points towards the water tank handle
(see Fig. 7).

Pour 125 ml of WMF1 descaler into the catch basin you prepared.
>
Next, fill it with tap water until the total quantity is at least 1 litre.

Next, add the descaling solution to the empty water tank and put it into the appliance.
>
Next, place the empty catch basin underneath the spouts of the beverage dispenser.
>
Ensure that the empty pad cartridge is inserted and turn the adjusting knob to position
