Despite all safety devices, the appliance remains a potential hazard if used improperly. Pay attention
to the following information when working with your coffee pad machine to prevent injury and health
hazards.

Water or other liquids which get into the electronic system of your coffee pad machine can cause
potentially life-threatening electric shocks.

If the coffee pad machine or mains cable is damaged, or if a fault is suspected after the machine was
dropped or other accidents, electric shocks are possible.

Hazard instructions
Do not clean your coffee pad machine under running water. Do not use steam cleaners or steam
jet machines.
Never open the housing on your coffee pad machine.
Do not reach into the inside of your coffee pad machine. Do not use tools or similar devices.
Do not use the appliance – do not operate.
Switch off the power and unplug the mains cable.
Do not plug in a damaged mains cable and do not try to repair it yourself.
Have the cable or appliance repaired by qualified specialists, such as WMF After-Sales Service.
