OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE
•
Remove all packaging of the device.
•
Check if the voltage of the appliance corresponds to the main voltage
of your home. Rated voltage : AC220-240V 50Hz.

Place the device on a flat stable surface and ensure a minimum of
10 cm. free space around the device. This device is not suitable for

installation in a cabinet or for outside use.

This type of fryer is only suitable for use with oil or liquid fat, and not
4
for solid fat.

•
Using solid fat entails the risk of trapping water in the fat which will
6
cause it to spatter violently when heated up. Also ensure that the oil/
7
fat is not contaminated with water, for example from frozen products,
8
this will cause excessive spattering.

Never use the fryer without oil or fat as this will damage the appliance.
•
Never pour any liquid, such as water, in the pan.

USE

Was the accessories and pan in warm water. Dry well before using.
Ensure that all electrical parts remain completely dry.
•
Open the lid of the fryer by pressing button (no. 13).
•
Fill the appliance with the required amount of oil or fat. Ensure that the
appliance is filled at least to the minimum level and not higher than
the maximum level, as indicated on the inside of the fryer. For optimal

results we advice to avoid mixing different types of oil.
•
Drop the frying basket into the flute by pressing button (no. 3) and let

the handle (no. 5) come down.
•
Select the temperature for the food you wish to fry by turning the
temperature button (no. 7). Place the plug into the outlet and set the
