Maintenance, cleaning and storage
Make sure that the grill has cooled down by checking the thermometer temperature.
Make sure that the charcoal does not contain any glowing embers at all. Allow the charcoal enough time
to completely cool down.
Take out the grill grates and reversible charcoal grate.
Clean the grill using a mild detergent and water. Rinse it thoroughly with clean water and then dry the
surfaces.
The grates do not have to be cleaned every time they have been used. To easily remove the deposits,
use the RÖSLE barbecue cleaning brush or a soft stainless steel brush. Then wipe over with a damp
cloth.
To ensure your grill gives you long service, we recommend that after it has cooled down you protect it
from the weather with a matching RÖSLE hood. To prevent moisture build-up, the hood should be re-
moved after rain. Afterwards allow the grill and hood to completely dry out.
If you follow those tips, your RÖSLE grill will give you many years of reliable service.
