Check the unit for correct function. Never work with defective unit.
Check the cable for damage. Replace it with a new one of same quality if
necessary.
Troubleshooting

Use a stronger fuse.

Check the cable and clean if necessary.

Remove any rust, grease and other impurities
before getting down to the welding job.

Check the reverse line of welding current for good

Let the unit cool down. The work may be
continued when the light indicator goes off .
