Inspecting the Oil Burner Electrodes (D models)

■ Machine shut down
Requirements
■ Power disconnected
■ Burner cool
When to Inspect the electrodes on your machine every two weeks or after every 50 hours of
inspect
operation. The condition of the electrodes will drastically affect your machine's
ability to fire efficiently.
Procedure Remove the burner assembly and inspect the condition of the electrode tips (a).
Refer to the table below to determine the condition of the electrode tips.

Condition
The electrodes should be replaced if they are worn or damaged. Contact your
Wacker Neuson dealer for replacement electrodes.
