D isconnection

Your device is equipped with an electrode disconnection detector.
If there is no contact between the electrode and the human body, the flow of current on the motor unit concerned is interrup-
ted.
The first bar of the bar graph relating to the corresponding unit (master or slave) flashes to warn you of a disconnection.
If none of the electrodes are in contact with the skin, no current is passed, and the first two bars of the bar graphs flash.
C hecking the battery levels

Battery level low: bars n°6 on each bar graph flash (see diagram chapter V.3).
Battery level critical: bars n°10 on each bar graph flash, then the device turns itself off (see diagram chapter V.3).
To charge the device, connect the charger provided to the rear of the master unit.
IV. PROGRAMS
P reparation (20 min.)

20 minutes to prepare and warm up your muscles prior to
your sports session. Frequencies vary periodically and are
graduated in order to provide a genuine massage effect.
S ilhouette sculpt (40 min.)

40 minutes of body building to firm up and increase muscle
volume following a period of inactivity. This program is ideal
for keeping the body firm and for re-shaping your silhouette.
Frequencies vary from 30 to 60 Hz alternated with frequen-
cies of 10Hz and 3Hz for active recovery in order to build up
muscle resistance.
M uscle tonic (20 min.)

20 minutes of sustained body building to work on target
areas. Frequencies vary from 70 to 100 Hz alternated with
frequencies of 3Hz for active recovery in order to build up
muscle tone and strength.

S udoloris (TENS Pain relief) (20 min.)

20 minutes to relieve muscle fatigue and enable you to
recover following exercise. This program effectively relieves
the pain associated with muscle tension.
R ecovery (20 min.)

muscles to recover faster through its relaxing effects.
