B: Downrod or angle style fan mounting
Helpful hint: Downrod style mounting is best suited for ceilings 2.43 m high or higher. For taller
ceilings you may want to use a longer downrod (not included). Angle style mounting is best suited
for angled or vaulted ceilings. A longer downrod will be needed to ensure proper blade clearance.
Remove every other screw and lock wash-er from top of motor housing.
(These screws and washers may already be in the hardware pack).
Pull the cable of the electronic control unit through the motor cover, suspen-
sion rod and cover until you can attach the cables to the motor.
Screw the suspension rod to the bracket on the motor and then pull the
motor cover over it.
Install the complete construction into the bracket on the ceiling and screw
it tight.
