Troubleshooting

Problem
The display is not lit
The heat pump does not start up.
The water in the pool does not
reach the desired temperature
despite running the heat pump.
Ice has formed on the finned heat
exchanger.
Liquid leaks out.
Display: error message P1
Display: error message P2
Display: error message P3
Display: error message P4
Display: error message P5
If the problem persists, contact the customer service listed on the last page.
Possible cause
The mains plug is not correctly
connected to the outlet/extension
cord.
The RCD adapter has triggered
(LED is not lit).
The outlet/the extension cord is
without power.
The heat exchanger has not
reached operating temperature
yet.
The current water temperature is
higher than or the same as the
set water temperature.
The operating time of the heat
pump was too short to reach the
set water temperature.
The ambient temperature is too
low/the air humidity is too high.
The gas pressure in the coolant
circuit is too low (see section
"Test").
Accumulation of condensate
The water connections are
leaking.
The water flow is leaking (see
section "Test")
The coolant circuit is leaking
(see section "Test")
The temperature sensor at the
inlet is defective or does not
provide a signal.
The temperature sensor at the
outlet is defective or does not
provide a signal.
The temperature sensor at the
heat exchanger is defective or
does not provide a signal.
The water throughput is too low.
Insufficient pressure in the
coolant circuit.
Remedy
Disconnect the mains plug from the outlet/
extension cord and reconnect it.
Press the RESET 12 button. If the LED is
not permanently lit, contact an authorised
electrician.
Contact an authorised electrician.
Wait 90 seconds after activation.
Set a higher temperature or wait until the
current water temperature falls below the
set water temperature.
Wait 24 to 48 hours.
Activate manual defrosting (see section
"Operation").
Contact an authorised specialist.
Check the drain spout and the drain hose
for clogging
Check the seal and screw the nuts tight.
