Storage

Once the outdoor temperature falls below 10 °C on a continuous basis, the heat pump
should be put into winter storage to avoid damage due to the formation of ice (bursting
due to freezing).
Winter storage
1. Disconnect all supply lines (see the chapter on "Deinstallation").
2. Cover the heat pump so it can breathe but is protected from coarse contamination
and strong weather influences.
The heat pump is now stored for the winter.

Troubleshooting

Problem:
Heat pump does not switch on. The heat pump was not
Heat pump does not start.
Heat pump functions but the
water does not warm up.

Cause:
properly installed.
The fuse of the protective
device of the power supply line
has blown or an all-pole
protective device has blown.
The three minutes required for
the heat pump to start up have
not passed.
The temperature of the pool is
equal to or higher than the set
temperature.
The desired mode of the heat
pump is not set.
The heat pump was just
installed.
The pool water has cooled
down significantly since the
heat pump was last used.
Solutions:
Contact an authorized
qualified person.
Reset the switch.
Replace the fuse.
Wait three minutes.
The heat pump starts when
the water temperature is
below the set temperature.
Set the desired mode.
Wait 24 – 48 hours for the set
temperature to be reached.
Contact an authorized
qualified person.
Wait 24 – 48 hours for the set
temperature to be reached.
Contact an authorized
qualified person.
