The device is not designed to be handled by persons
(including children) with limited mental and sensory
functions or persons lacking relevant experience
and/or knowledge unless they are supervised by
a person responsible for their safety or they have
received instructions on how to operate the device.
2.3. SAFE DEVICE USE
a)
Do not overload the device. Use appropriate tools
for the given task. A correctly-selected device will
perform the task for which it was designed better
and in a safer manner.
b)
Do not use the device if the ON/OFF switch does not
function properly (does not switch the device on and
off). Devices which cannot be switched on and off
using the ON/OFF switch are hazardous, should not
be operated and must be repaired.
c)
When not in use, store in a safe place, away from
children and people not familiar with the device, who
have not read the user manual. The device may pose
a hazard in the hands of inexperienced users.
d)
Keep the device out of the reach of children.
e)
Device repair or maintenance should be carried out
by qualified persons, only using original spare parts.
This will ensure safe use.
f)
To ensure the operational integrity of the device, do
not remove factory-fitted guards and do not loosen
any screws.
g)
Clean the device regularly to avoid a durable
encrustation of dirt.

3. USE GUIDELINES
The
device
is
designed
for
performing
measurements and readings of the weight and/or the price
of items placed on the weighing platform..
Please note that the device cannot be used for commercial
settlements.
The user is liable for any damage resulting from
improper use of the device.

Clearing the unit price.
ZERO The ZERO key zeroes the scale.
TARE The TARE key subtracts tare values and changes the
scale from gross mode (no tare) to net mode.
ADD Adding mode.
SAVE Saving unit prices.
M1-M3 The M keys are used to store data (unit price value at
3 different locations) in your scale.
0~9 The NUMERIC key (0~9) is used for setting unit price
data.
DECIMAL POINT key is used for set the decimal
position of unit price.
FUN Backlight display switching on or off.

3.2. PREPARING FOR USE

The balance should be used in a space free of wind,
control
corrosion, vibration, humidity and temperature variations.
The scale should avoid vibration, violent air current, direct
sunshine and high temperature.
3.2.1. ASSEMBLY

Run the signal cable through the middle tube of the
frame and secure its end so that it does not hide back
inside.
2.
Fix the frame to the body of the device. Run the bolt
on the device through the hole in the frame and
secure with the M10 nut.
3.
Mount the castor on the axle, secure with a washer
and a clip, repeat this for the remaining 3 castors.
4.
Connect the control panel plug to the signal cable,
hide the excess cable in the central tube and screw
the panel to the upper plate of the frame.
5.
Place the weighing pan on the device.

3.2.2. CONNECTING THE DEVICE TO THE POWER SUPPLY
1.
Connect the power cable, the „AC" light on the
display panel lights up.
2.
Turn the switch to the selected position:
„I" - power supply using the built-in battery,
„0" - „off" position, device switched off;
3.
After starting the device, the „UNIT PRICE" display
will show the power supply voltage.

3.3 DEVICE USE

3.3.1. SYMBOL AND AUXILIARY DISPLAY
3.3.1.1. WEIGHT WINDOW
Zero position indicator lamp: at the left upper side of the
weight window. It lights up to indicate that the scale is at
the zero position.
Tare indicator lamp: at the left bottom of the weight window.
It lights up to indicate that the tare weight is cleared away.
3.3.1.2. UNIT PRICE WINDOW
Under adding mode (the weight displays "Add"), the unit
price window will display the adding times. For example, it
displays "01" for the first time of adding operation and so on.
AC indicator lamp: it lights up to indicate that AC is applied.
If it doesn't light up when using AC, it indicates that power
supply is not well connected. Please check power cord,
socket and fuse.
3.3.1.3. AMOUNT WINDOW
Adding indicator lamp: at the bottom of the amount window.
It lights up to indicate that the scale has entered into adding
mode. Apart from displaying weight and unit price, it also
has functions as shown in the table below:

3.3.2.
GENERAL
SCALE
OPERATION
AND
KEYPAD
OPERATION
3.3.2.1. WEIGHING
Not weigh goods over the max capacity. Once overload
(weight window displays ED), and the buzzer gives
consecutive sound, please remove the goods immediately
to avoid unexpected damage.
3.3.2.2. ENTERING THE UNIT PRICE
Input the unit price with ten number keys from 0 to 9 before
or after loading.
The interval between one number and the next of the
same unit price should not more than about six seconds
(if over six seconds, the system will clear the previous value
automatically) If the weight window displays negative
value (eg. Negative tare weight), the amount window will
display "-------------", which indicates no amount. If the
amount window displays"--------------", it indicates that the
accumulation sum is over 9999.99 (EUR).
3.3.2.3. TARE
When weighing bulk goods, put the container on the scale
pan, then press key [TARE] and wait for the weight window
displays "000.00", indicating that the scale is ready for
weighing.

Put the goods into the container, and the weight window
will display the net weight. Note: tare weight + net weight
<max capacity
3.3.2.4. SAVING, CHANGING THE UNIT PRICE
Saving: first input the unit price you want to save by
choosing ten digit keys from 0 to 9, then press key [SAVE],
and then press key [Mx] (x=1~3), the unit price will be saved
(the original unit price saved in the key[Mx] will be replaced
by the new one).
3.3.2.5. ADDING
For example:
Goods A, 1.500kg, EUR 5.00/kg; Goods B, 0.700kg, EUR 8.00/kg;
Please operate as follows:
1.
Put the goods A on the scale pan, the weight window
will display "1.500" (kg). Input the unit price "5.00"
(EUR/kg), the amount window will display "7.50"
(EUR);
2.
Press key [ADD], the adding indicator lamp will light
up to indicate the scale is under adding mode. The
weight window will display "Add01", and the amount
window will display "7.50" (EUR).
3.
Remove the goods A and wait for that the scale
returns back to the weighing mode;
4.
Put the goods B on the scale pan, the weight window
will display "0.700" (kg), then input the unit price
"8.00" (EUR/kg), the amount window will display
"5.60" (EUR);
5.
Press key [ADD], the adding indicator lamp will light
up to indicate the scale is under adding mode. The
weight window will display "Add", the unit price
window will display "02", and the amount window
will display"13.10"(EUR). You can continue the adding
operation as the above steps up to 99 times.
3.3.2.6. CLEARING
Under the adding mode, press key [CLR], the unit price
window will display "Clr", and the adding indicator lamp will
be out which indicates that the scale is not in adding status.
Under non-adding mode, if you input the wrong unit price,
press key [CLR] and input the correct unit price.
3.3.2.7. ZERO
The weight window does not display "0.000" when
unloaded, please press key [ZERO] (within the range of
±60d).
3.3.2.8. TURNING OFF THE SCALE
Please press key [ON/OFF] and then pull power plug out.
3.3.2.9. COUNTING PIECES
1.
Place the products on the weighing pan, press the
„FUN" button.
2.
Enter the number of product pieces on the scale with
the numeric keypad.
3.
Press the „FUN" button again to confirm.
3.3.3. BATTERY CHARGING
Please charge the storage battery in time after using it to
avoid damage. The charging time should not be longer than
12 hours, once every three days. If the scale will be not used
for a long time, please do not forget to charge the scale for
consecutive 24 hours every 2 or 3 months to avoid damage
caused by self-discharge of storage battery (when the scale
is connected to AC power, the system will charge the storage
