High-pressure filter for compressed air
Safety instructions
Risk of injury from escaping compressed
air!
Never remove any parts of the filter, or mani-
pulate the same in any way, for as long as the
filter is still pressurised! Suddenly escaping
compressed air might cause serious injuries.
Depressurise the filter before carrying out any
work on the filter.
Hazard due to hot surfaces!
The fluids flowing through the filter can have a
temperature of up to 80 °C (176 °F). This can
heat up the filter housing.
Do not touch hot surfaces!
Wear safety gloves if applicable!
Contamination hazard!
The filter housing and filter elements might be
contaminated by the removed substances.
For this reason, make sure to heed the safety
data sheet of the used fluid! Wear protective
clothing if applicable (gloves and breathing
protection).
Dispose of all parts in compliance with ap-
plicable disposal regulations after removal or
element change!
Warning against damaging the cartridge!
Flowing the cartridge incorrectly may lead to
damage!
Always flow the cartridge filter according to the
direction arrow from the outside to the inside.
Install suitable particle filters in order to prevent
the possible contamination of the upstream
gas network.

Transportation and storage
Risk of collision and
crushing injuries!
Inform yourself about the dead weight
of the high-pressure filter (see page 2).
Use appropriate auxiliary equipment for
transporting.
Always transport a high-pressure filter in the
way it was supplied to you, e.g., horizontally
on a pallet.
Store the high-pressure filter in a dry place
