FAUCHAGE AVEC
CONDITIONER
- On
peut
varier
le
conditionnement en règlant
le capot d'éjection grâce au
levier (13) : en position bas-
se, on a un conditionnement
maxi mais il ne faut toutefois
pas déchiqueter le fourrage.
- En dessserrant le boulon (S)
à droite et à gauche , on peut
reculer le rotor et donc
augmenter l'écartement
rotor (21) grattoir (24). Mais
cette
opération
n'est
necessaire qu'en présence
d'un fourrage extrêmement
dense.
Dinstance min.: 12 mm
Montage et démontage
du rotor.
Haube bei laufendem
Motor nicht öffnen.
- Défaire les deux fixations et
soulever le capot.
- Défaire l'arbre à cardans du
rotor (22) et le retirer par le
trou prévu dans la toile de
protection.
- Défaire les 2 clavettes (23)
et l'on peut retirer le rotor par
l'arrière.
- Refixer le volet.
- Très important: lors du
remontage du rotor, il faut
veiller à bien placer les grais-
seurs dans les dégagements
prévus au niveau des
fourches de centrage. On
immobilise les 2 clavettes
(23) avec un léger coup de
monteaux.

MOWING WITH THE
CONDITIONER
- You
can
modify
the
conditioning effect with lever
(13), which adjusts the gap
between adjustable plate
and rotor.
The conditioning effect is
most inlense with the lever
at the buttom of its travel.
However the crop should not
be chopped.
- With dense crops it may be
advisable to shift the rotor
backwards, increasing the
gap between rotor (21) and
intake ledge (24). To do this,
undo bolts (S) on the left
and right of the mower.
Dinstance min.: 12 mm
Dismounting/mounting
the rotor
Do not open cover
while
engine
is
running.
- Release clamp and hinge up
cover.
- Disconnect rotor driveshaft
(22) and withdraw through
opening in canvas.
- Strike wedges (23) out
apwards and pull rotor out to
the rear.
- Close discharge hood.
- Important: when mounting
the rotors, position the two
grease nipples (9) on right
and left into the recesses in
the aligning forkes, without
damaging them. Secure
wedges (23) with leight blows
of a hammer.

- Der Aufbereitungseffekt
kann verändert werden.
Mit dem Handhebel (13)
wird der Abstand zwischen
Einstelleiste und Rotor
verstellt. In der tiefsten Stel-
lung ist die Aufbereitung am
stärksten. Das Futter soll
aber nicht zerschlagen wer-
den.
- Nach Lösen der Schrauben
(S) links und rechts der Ma-
schine läßt sich der Rotor
nach hinten verschieben.
Diese Verstellung, die den
Abstand zwischen Rotor
(21) und Einzugskante (24)
vergrößert, ist aber nur bei
sehr starkem Futterbestand
notwendig.
Mindestabstand: 12 mm
Aus- und Einbau des
Rotors
Haube bei laufendem
Motor nicht öffnen.
- Haubenhalter öffnen und
Haube hochklappen.
- Rotor-Gelenkwelle (22) ab-
ziehen und durch die Öff-
nung des Schutztuches her-
ausziehen.
- Haltekeile (23) nach oben
herausschlagen und Rotor
nach hinten herausziehen.
- Abwurfhaube schließen.
- Wichtig! Beim Wiederein-
bau des Rotors die beiden
Schmiernippel links und
rechts
(9)
in
die
Aussparungen
der
Zentriergabeln bringen und
dabei nicht beschädigen.
Haltekeile (23) mit leichten
Hammerschlägen
auf
festen Sitz bringen.
