SLOPE FUNCTION

Slopes can be set up to ± 5° in the X and Y direction. Press the key
function. In that moment the self-levelling mechanism is disabled and the instrument enters into the
manual mode. FL 1000 HP can now be tilted by use of a grade mount. For a change from X to Y axis
press button
The respective indication lamps show the axis chosen.
To tilt the axis chosen press the keys
longer than 1 sec.
An acoustic alarm signal shows that the unit is out of its self-levelling range; the four laser lines and the
scan point are blinking.
STAND-BY MODE
If the stand-by-function is activated the unit automatically switches off
after 30 min. of no key use. Switch the unit on again with the remote
control only.

TILT FUNCTION

If the level of FL 1000 HP is disturbed the instrument will readjust itsself (within the self-leveling range
of 5°). If the level is disturbed at a large range (i.e. if the position of the tripod leg has been changed by
mistake) a height offset will be caused. This will be avoided by the TILT function - the instrument will
shut off even within the self-levelling range: Switch on the unit and wait until the self-levelling procedure
is completed.

If the level is now disturbed the unit will not readjust itself but stop rotating.
LINE FUNCTION
The laser lines can be switched on and off independently from each other.
