Introduction
Please read the following information thoroughly before first use.
Thank you for choosing our LED Curing Light. This user manual describes
the normal properties of the OPTIMA 10 LED curing light. Before first use,
please check the accessories of the OPTIMA 10 LED curing light and make
sure they are all in good condition.
The unit uses a high performance light emitting diode LED as a light source:
high power and luminosity are combined with enhanced optical fibers.
The high-performance LED curing light unit is used for intra oral
polymerization of dental materials, with a wavelength range of 420 ~ 480 nm.

The OPTIMA 10 contains a blue LED and is a device that generates light of high
6
intensity to polymerize light-curing materials to be used in dentistry. In contrast to
7
halogen light, which generates a full-light spectrum, it emits light within the wave-
length-range of 420 to 480nm. Due to the smaller wavelength-range, the polymer-
7
ization performance of a LED light, at a certain intensity of light - similar to a
halogen light - is related to a higher intensity of light.
Although the majority of light hardening dental materials react to this range,
you should consult the representative or the manufacturer of the materials in
order to be advised on the correct procedures and technical data.
