Quick chocolate ice cream
180 ml chocolate syrup
1 egg
180 ml cream
180 ml milk
Mocha ice cream
vanilla ice cream
2-3 tbsp. mocha or espresso powder
1-2 tbsp. coffee liqueur
Walnut ice cream
vanilla ice cream
75 g sugar
75 g chopped walnuts
4 tbsp. wild honey
OPTION replace walnuts for pumpkin seeds and sprinkle with 1 tbsp. pumpkin seed oil.
Amaretto ice cream
vanilla ice cream
125 g Amaretti biscuits
2-3 tbsp. Amaretto
Combine all ingredients, pour into
canister and start cycle.
Follow basic vanilla ice cream recipe,
adding 2-3 tbsp. mocha or espresso
powder to the heating milk. Add 1-2
tbsp. coffee liqueur towards the end of
the cycle.
75g sugar (caramelised in a pan until
light brown), combine well with 75g
chopped walnuts. Leave to cool on an
oiled tray and chop into brittle. Follow
basic vanilla ice cream recipe, replacing
the sugar for wild honey. Add the nut
brittle towards the end of the cycle.
Follow basic vanilla ice cream recipe.
Combine 125 g Amaretti biscuits with
2-3 tbsp. Amaretto and add towards
the end of the cycle.
