3. instrUCtions For Use and maintenanCe
the appliance was designed to cook food and maintain the service temperature of foods
indoors and should only be used for this function: any other use should be avoided as it is
considered improper and dangerous. during operation, supervise the appliance.
3.1 temperature maintainer without needle probe

1. appliance start button.
2. Button for decreasing temperature.
3. Button for increasing temperature.
4. Cooking/maintenance start/stop button.

Upon board activation(1) on display appears the cabinet set-point of 90°C. the keys 2 and
3 allow the user to change the set temperature to minimum 25°C and maximum 120°C.
press the key 7 (start), to enable the operation and the device will be set to 'pre' or pre-
heating. at the end of the preheating procedure the machine emits a sound and immedi-
ately sets to 'Hold' at 'indefinite' time. if the room was already sufficiently preheated, the
maintainer immediately sets to Hold.
during the 'Hold' phase, on display appears the temperature inside the cabinet. press the
keys 2 and 3 to increase or decrease the maintenance temperature.

5. delta-t button. (For models with needle probe only)
