6.2 Checks that can only be performed by an authorized technician
Cut off the power supply before proceeding with any adjustment or intervention.
safety thermostat reset
remove the backside of the appliance.
identify the location of the thermostat, and press the red button
until you hear a mechanical warning sound ("click") that will con-
firm the closure of the contacts (fig. 13).
the continuous intervention of the safety thermostat indicates a
malfunction of the appliance.
motor thermal breaker
the motor thermal breaker is reset automatically and, if this oc-
curs, you should check the cleanliness of the slits, and the regular
and friction-free rotation of the motor.
it is recommended to cut off the power supply.
Water filter
if the appliance does not feed water anymore, check the inlet
filter of the solenoid which is located to the back of the appliance
as follows:
•
close the water valve fitted upstream of the appliance;
•
disconnect the water mains connection pipe;
•
remove the filter located to the back of the solenoid valve
using pliers;
•
remove any impurities and reposition it correctly into its seat;
•
reconnect the pipe.
6.3 parts management
the parts should be replaced exclusively by an authorized
service center.
