4.1.1 manual regenerator ( horizontal board - fig. 9)
turn on the regeneration oven setting the switch 1 to on. the green led (4) will turn on.
now set the regeneration temperature at 140° or 160°C using the knob 2. now turn the
knob time (3) clockwise. the red led 5 will turn on indicating that the heaters have been
activated.
set humidity by turning the knob 4.
Wait for the regeneration chamber to reache the proper temperature and add the products
to be regenerated and reset the regeneration time, if necessary, using the knob time (3).
switch the appliance from regeneration (CooK) to holder (Hold) using the switch 5.
4.1.2 manual regenerator ( vertical board - fig. 9)
set the regeneration temperature at 140° or 160°C using the knob 2. now turn the knob
time (3) clockwise. the red led 5 will turn on indicating that the heaters have been acti-
vated.
Wait for the regeneration chamber to reache the proper temperature and add the products
to be regenerated and reset the regeneration time, if necessary, using the knob time (3).
