We recommend you strictly comply with fire-prevention regula-
tions in force.
make sure there is a minimum clearance of 100 mm on all sides
between the oven and the wall or the other equipment (fig. 1).
the device must be installed in a properly ventilated location.
all materials used for packaging are eco-friendly; they can be

the appliance should be levelled: to adjust the height of the
leveling feet proceed as shown in fig. 2, using a spirit level.
Unevenness or inclinations of a certain degree can compromise
the operation of the device.
remove the entire protective film from the external panels of the
appliance, detaching it slowly to remove all traces of adhesive.
make sure that all openings and holes designed for heat intake/
discharge are not obstructed.
2.2 Water line connection (only for models
equipped with humidifier)
the water pressure must be of maximum (250 kpa) 2.5
+

bars. if the pressure of mains water is greater than this
value, it is necessary to install a pressure reducer up-
stream of the appliance.
the minimum water pressure required for proper opera-
tion of the device should be above 0.5 bar.
the appliances have a single inlet for softened water (fig.
3). We always recommend installing a water softener-
descaler to bring the hardness of the water entering the
appliance to values b etween 8° and 10° F.
Before connection, drain off a sufficient amount of wa-
ter to clean the pipe from metal residues. make sure
the filter f the solenoid valve is clean (see section 5.2).
Connect the "Water" pipeline to water mains and install
a shut-off valve.
ensure that the shut-off valve is positioned so that it can
be easily operted by the operator at any time.
Warning: if the water supply pipe gets damaged, it
should be replaced with a new one while the old dam-
aged one should not be used again.
