Warranty
The warranty exclusively applies to material or
manufacturing defects. The original proof of purchase
including the date of purchase must be submitted when
applying a claim in the warranty period.
The warranty does not cover any unauthorised use such as
machine overload, violent use, damage by a foreign person
or an undesirable item. The failure to follow the Operating
Instructions and assembly instructions and common wear
and tear are also excluded from the warranty.
Disposal
The disposal instructions are based on icons placed on the
machine or its package. The description of the meanings can
be found in the "Marking" section.
Transport package disposal
The package protects the machine against damage during
transport. Packing materials are usually chosen depending
on their environmental friendliness and disposal method and
can therefore be recycled. Returning the package to
material circulation saves raw materials and reduces waste
disposal costs. Parts of packages (e.g. foils, styropor®) can
be dangerous to children. Risk of suffocation! Keep parts
of the package away from children and dispose them as
soon as possible.

Servicing
Switch the machine off and wait until it fully
stops before any servicing and cleaning.
Any servicing work not explicitly specified in this manual
must be performed by a professional as there may be
dangerous situations the operator is unable to handle. Spare
parts may only be replaced by a professional.
Cleaning
Whenever the machine is to be used, wash it thoroughly with
water, remove any grass and mud from inside. By this, you will
prevent dirt from getting dry inside the machine and problems
when starting the machine the next time.
Paint inside the cabinet may eventually wear away. To
prevent machine corrosion, apply anticorrosion coating to the
abraded spots.
Once or twice a year, remove the gear housing and use a
brush or compressed air to clean the space around the pulleys
and belts.
Once a season, you should clean the inside of the driving
wheels. Remove both wheels. Clean the cogwheels and their
edges off grass and other dirt using compressed air or a brush.
BLADE DISMANTLING
For the purpose of cleaning/treatment/change
Caution!!! Before dismantling, it is necessary to disconnect
the spark plug first.
Release the screw when dismantling the blade.
Put the components together again as shown in the picture.
Tighten the screws. Torque – 40 Nm. The screw should also be
changed when changing the blade.
CHANGING OIL
The oil drain plug is located under the engine. Prepare a
container to capture the oil and remove the oil plug. As soon
as all the oil has drained, fit a new plug with a washer and
wipe off any remaining oil.
Pour new SAE30 oil. Check the oil level using a clean
gauge. The oil level must be between Min and Max on the
gauge. Make sure the tank does not flow over.
Start the engine and let it run for a short time. Switch the
engine off again, wait for a minute and check the oil level.
Add oil if necessary.
Spark plug
As soon as the engine cools down, remove the spark plug
using a wrench included in the supply, clean it with a wire
brush and set the distance to 0.75 mm (0.030") using a
feeler gauge. Refit the spark plug. Make sure the spark plug
is not tightened too much. (Alternatively: (Bosch WR 7 DC);
