Switching On/Off

Switch the scales on and off using Power On/Off button
(see illustration). Do not load the scales at
this point. Warm-up time is about 15 minutes.
Important: Carefully place the items to be weighed on
the scales. Do not keep the platform continuously loaded.
Avoid impacts or overloading beyond the specified maxi-
mum load as this could damage the scales.
3. OPERATION
Taring
The scales can be tared several times with-
in the specified weighing range
(see Technical Data).
Place a container on the platform.
Press the Tare button.
The display indicates zero.
Place some other item on the scales.
After the scales come to rest, the net weight is dis-
played.
Deleting a tare value
With the scales unloaded, press
Important: Please load the scales only within the speci-
fied weighing range. Despite overload protection, over-
loading the scales can affect the weight measurements
and can cause damage to the scales.

4. ERROR MESSAGES

Maximum weighing range
exceeded.
> Remove the items from the scales
The scales are not unloaded.
> Remove the weight and switch the
scales off and then on again
Remove the weight from the scales
and switch the scales off and then on
again.
> If this error message persists after
switching on again, please contact
your service partner
