from the socket and wait for the appliance to cool down com-
pletely. Please pull the plug if the appliance is not in use.
46. The lid always has to be closed during use. Do not place any-
thing on the lid.
47. Pull the plug after every use. Only then is the appliance defi-
nitely switched off.
48. Keep the appliance clean. Always switch the appliance off,
pull the power plug and let the appliance cool down com-
pletely before cleaning and storing it. Please refer to the
„Cleaning and care" section on page 65 of this manual.
49. Only use mild detergent and a soft towel for cleaning.
Aggressive detergents and solvents or abrasive materials
could damage the surface.
50. Remove all packaging materials and stickers resp. labels
before first use, rinse the inside and lid of the kettle. Please
refer to the „Before first use" section on page 62 of this man-
ual.
