To obtain a drier ice-cream, it is advisable to make
the compressor cycle once or twice.
- Press DELIVERY pushbutton to draw the ice-
cream out and completely open the delivery door
by pulling down the lever and move it to the left.
- Once the ice-cream delivery has been concluded,
press STOP pushbutton, put the lever central in
upright-vertical position in rest.
In order to keep an optimate consistency during the
extraction it is suitable to activate the function "cold
in extraction" pressing
pushbutton.
