b) Explanation of the Installations
• Lift off the body cover.
Figure 2 shows the opened boat body with the steering servo (1), the speed controller (2) and the receiver (3). The
figure also shows the outlet of the water cooling (4).
• Start the remote control. The receiver system is ideally not supplied with the BEC of the speed controller yet, but by
a receiver battery (or battery box). For this, observe the operating instructions for the remote control system.
• Set the steering and the associated trimming to the neutral position at the activated transmitter (middle position).
The rudder horn at the servo must be aligned precisely at a 90° angle to the longitudinal direction of the servo in the
neutral position (see figure 2, item 1).
• Check the function of the steering servo and the rudder system.
