For correctly assembly of the the standard press seal
HSD100 SSG or HSD150 SSG, HSD200 SSG, HSD250 SSG
and HSD300 SSG you will need the following tools and
aids in addition to the usual tools:
Assembly set for HSI150 DG/HRK SSG (Article no.:
2102200600), consisting of:
1 Torque spanner 4-20 Nm, 1/4 inch
1 Extension 100 mm, 1/4 inch
2 Extensions 150 mm, 1/4 inch
1 Adapter for cordless screwdriver, square, 1/4 inch
1 M6 socket, wrench size 5, 1/4 inch with spherical
Auxiliaries:

Description: HSD200 SSG 1x110/125/135/160 b40 (see
fi g.: 1).

Built-in inspection opening
Preparing for assembly
Clean the core drilling/liner and media line.
Level out any chips and/or voids which may be
present.
Check the diameter tolerance of the core drilling/
liner (D -1+2 mm) and media line (d) (see table 1),
as well as outer or drilling dimension of the press
seal (see fi g.: 2).
The wall sleeve must be dimensionally accurate,
smooth and inherently stable.

Remove the blind system cover from the standard
press seal HSD150 SSG 1x75/90/110 b40,
HSD150 SSG 1x70-112 b40 and HSD200 SSG
1x110/125/135/160 b40 und HSD200 SSG
1x110-162 b40 (see fi g.: 3a).
Fold out and pull out the blind plug on the
HSD100 SSG 1x18-65 b40 and HSD100 SSG
1x25/32/40/50/63 b40 (see fi g.: 3b).
To open the standard press seal, loosen and remove
a screw at the partition cut (see fi g.: 4a).
