10.3. Replacement / cleaning of gripper plate welding (8) + welding plate (51)

To replace or clean the gripper plate welding
(8) or welding plate (51) please proceed as
follows:
Gripper plate welding (8)
Loosen the screw (100) and remove the
protective cover (99).
Loosen the screw gripper plate welding (9)
and remove the gripper plate welding (8) by
using pointed pliers.
Clean the gripper plate welding (8) by the
use of compressed air.
Check the state of wear of the teeth from
the gripper plate welding (8), and replace
the gripper
necessary against a new one.
Reassemble all in reverse order.
Welding plate (51)
Loosen the screw (100) and remove the
protective cover (99).
Loosen the screw gripper plate welding (9)
and remove the gripper plate welding (8) by
using pointed pliers.
Loosen the special screw (52), you can
reach it through the free space in the main
frame (1), and remove the welding plate
(51) by using pointed pliers.
Clean the welding plate (51) by the use of
compressed air.
Check the state of wear of the teeth from
the welding plate (51), and replace the
welding plate (51) when necessary against
a new one.
Reassemble all in reverse order.
