10. Maintenance & cleaning

10.1. Replacement / cleaning of feed wheel (85)

To replace or clean the feed wheel (85)
please proceed as follows:
Loosen the screws (88).
Remove the support feed wheel cpl. (507)
by turning it slightly.
Remove the shim washers (84).
Remove the feed wheel (85) from the
gear (77).
Remove the ball bearing (86) from the
feed wheel (85).
Clean the feed wheel (85) by the use of
compressed air.
Check the state of wear of the teeth from
the feed wheel (85), and replace the feed
wheel (85) when necessary against a new
one.
Reassemble all in reverse order.

10.2. Replacement / cleaning of gripper plate, front (5)

To replace or clean the gripper plate, front (5)
please proceed as follows:
Loosen the screws (7) and remove the
serrated lock washers (6).
Remove the gripper plate, front (5) from the
front by using pointed pliers.
Clean the gripper plate, front (5) by the use
of compressed air.
Check the state of wear of the teeth from
the gripper plate, front (5), and replace the
gripper plate, front (5) when necessary
against a new one.
Reassemble all in reverse order.
