7.2. Semi-automatic strapping

The strapping starts by pushing and holding
the push-button 1.
When the adjusted strap tension is reached,
friction welding starts and the strap is cut
automatically.
The seal is formed!
The tension operation will be stopped by
releasing the push-button 1 during the tension
operation.
Pull the lever 3 toward the grip and hold it.
Now the strap is released. Turn the strapping
tool to the right side away from the strapping
while holding the lever.

7.3. Automatic strapping

The strapping starts by pressing the push-
button 1 twice within short time. Tensioning,
friction welding and also strap cutting is
achieved automatically.
The strapping operation can be stopped by
pushing the push-button 1 or 2. Attention: the
tension operation will be stopped automatically
after 15 seconds when the max. strap tension
isn't reached.
The seal is formed!
Pull the lever 3 toward the grip and hold it. Now
the strap is released. Turn the strapping tool to
the right side away from the strapping while
holding the lever.
