Remedy
Observe permissible coupling spacings

kit)
Install the ELGA free of tension (evenness of the
bearing surface: è Chapter 5.1 Mechanical
installation)
Change arrangement of the payload
Align ELGA so that it is exactly parallel to the
second axis
Modify travel speed
Change the regulator parameters
Send ELGA to Festo for repair
Lubricate ELGA (è Chapter 8 Care and
maintenance)
Send ELGA to Festo for repair
Check mounting of the motor mounting kit
(coupling/drive shaft)
Reduce load mass/torques
Observe max. screw-in depth

Check proximity switches, connections and
control
