d) Application of the Carbon Profiles to the Wings
Separate the aileron from the top wing (figure 5a) with a cutter knife along the punched holes. Glue a carbon profile (figure 1, item 9) to the rear edge of the top
wing with suitable superglue.
Separate the aileron from the lower wing (figure 5b) with a cutter knife along the punched holes. Glue one carbon profile (figure 1, item 9) each to the wing to the
front and rear edge of the lower wing with suitable superglue.
The carbon profile must be adjusted in length to the wings. We recommend using a helper for assembly work.
Alternatively, the carbon profiles must be secured with a few strips of adhesive tape before the profiles are glued to the wing piece by piece.
Put the wing on a suitable level surface to avoid deformation of the wing. When gluing the profiles together, ensure that the wing does not stick to
