Main Parts

A)Cooking plate: produced in a variety of shapes
and materials to meet the different requirements
B)Fume exhaust vent (type A): evacuates the heat
generated by the heating elements
C)Drain plug: for draining cooking residues into the
drip tray
D)thermostat light: indicates that the safety thermo-
stat has tripped
E)Mains light: indicates that the appliance is receiving
electrical power.
F) Temperature light: indicates that heating of the
cooking plate is in progress.
G)Heating element control knob: for setting the heat-
ing power.
H)Drip tray: collects the cooking residues

SAFETY DEVICES

Although the appliance is complete with all safety
devices, during installation and connection addi-
tional devices must be added if necessary to com-
ply with the relevant legal requirements.
The illustration shows the position of the devices.
A)Safety thermostat: to cut off the electricity sup-
ply in case of overheating.
Caution - warning
Make a daily check that the safety devices are
properly installed and in good working order.
