OPERATION
2. Set the time by touching the minus (-) or plus (+) key.
▷ Touch the minus (-) or plus (+) key once will decrease or increase by 1 minute.
Touch and hold the minus (-) or plus (+) key will decrease or increase by 10 minutes.

3. Touch and hold the timer key for about 2 seconds or touch the "-" button to "0:00", to
cancel the timer.
▷ When the time is set, it will begin to count down immediately. The display will show the
remaining time .
When the cooking timer expires, the corresponding cooking zone will be switched off
▷
automatically.
The other cooking zone will keep operating if it is turned on previously.

Temperature control

You can set the oil temperature from 60 °C to 220 °C.
1. Touch the temperature key of the corresponding cooking zone to select the temperature
control.
2. Touch the minus (-) or plus (+) key to set the oil temperature.
