OPERATION

Residual warmth indicator

Child lock

• Touch and hold the + button of the cooking zone and the - button
at the same time, or only use the - button to set the power to '0'.
The cooking zone is switched off, the display will show '0.'.
Switching off all of the cooking zones at the same time
• Touch the On/Off button to switch off all of the cooking zones at
the same time.
You will hear a single bleep. All cooking zones are switched off.
The display will show 'H' for the cooking zones that are still hot.
Note
You can switch off the hob if the child lock is set.
A cooking zone that has been used intensively will retain heat for
several minutes after it has been switched off. The display shows 'H'
as long as the cooking zone is hot.
Your induction hob is equipped with a childproof lock that lets you lock
the appliance. The On/Off button still works, but you cannot set
a power lever for the cooking zones.
Switching on the child lock
• Touch the On/Off button.
You will hear a short bleep and the display for each cooking zone
will show '0.'.
• Touch simultaneously the + button of the most right cooking zone
and the - button and then (within 10 seconds) touch the + button of
the most right cooking zone again.
In the display an 'L' (locked) appears for each cooking zone.
Unlock the buttons for cooking purposes
• Touch the On/Off button.
You will hear a short bleep and the display for each cooking zone
will show 'L'.
