Safety Considerations
Read all instructions before attempting to operate
this machine and save these instructions.
Read and follow these instructions before using the
machine. Information, instructions and training in the
use of the dust extraction machine and the dusts to
be separated should be obtained before use.
Warning! When using electric machines, basic sa-
fety precautions should always be followed to reduce
the risk of fi re, electric shock and personal injury,
including the following:

No hot, glowing particles or other sources of
ignition should be sucked into the machine.
The machine should not be used for explosive,
unstable or self-igniting particles or dusts.

2. Work area environment
Don´t expose the machine for rain. Don´t use
it in damp or wet locations or in presence of
fl ammable liquids or gases.
3. Overload
Never let the machine operate fully throttled,
as this poses a risk of overheating (pressure
gauge needle is in the red zone). Do not use
the machine for purposes for which it is not
intended.
4. Body injuries
Never let the suction come into contact with
any part of the body. The strong suction effect
can hurt the blood-vessels in the skin. Do
not repair the electric components yourself.
The machine should be serviced by qualifi ed
personnel only. Faults may cause injury. See

Never pull the machine by the cord. Keep the
cord from heat and sharp edges. Check the
potential equalisation cables and power cord
before using the machine. The machine must
not be used if cables or plugs are damaged.
No extension leads, coupling connectors or
adapters should be used for connection to the
mains supply.
Turn off the main switch and unplug from the
mains beforecleaning or performing mainte-
nance on the machine. Servicing should never
be performed insidethe zone. The dust contai-
ner should be emptied as required, and in any
case after each use. The machine may only be
operated if all fi lters are in place and unda-
maged. The machine is only intended for the
vacuuming and removal of dust deposits, and
is not to be used as a dust collector.
Maintain the machine with care
Keep the machine clean and free of dust
deposits. Check that the hose is undamaged
and that all seals are intact.Follow instruc-
tions. Keep handles dry and free from oil and
grease.
Always check the machine carefully for dama-
ge before use. If there are any damaged parts
these should be repaired by a Dustcontrol
authorized service center.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be repla-
ced by the manufacturer, its service agent or
similarly qualifi ed persons in order to avoid a
hazard. The mains cord must only be replaced
with the specifi ed type.
The container must be emptied before the
machine is transported.
The machine may leak dust that is hazardous
to health if defective or pirated parts (especi-
ally fi lters and hoses) are used.
Training in the use of the machine must take
place at least once a year.
