Warranty
The warranty period for this machine is 2 years (for
single-shift operation) and covers manufacturing de-
fects. The warranty is valid provided that the machine
is used and maintained as instructed.
Trouble Shooting
Problem
The motor stops directly
after starting.
Fan runs but no suction.
Fan runs but poor suction.
Abnormal sound from
machine.
Normal wear is not covered by this warranty. The
machines may only be repaired by Dustcontrol or
authorised workshops. The warranty will otherwise
be invalidated.
Fault
Incorrect fuse.
Overheating protection has Investigate why the motor has
tripped.
Hose not connected.
Hose plugged.
The container is not fi tted
correctly.
No plastic sack on the
cyclone.
Hole in the hose.
Plugged fi lter.
Hose too long or too small. Change the hose.

Solution
Change to correct circuit.
overloaded and rectify the

5 minutes. Restart the motor
by turning the switch to the
"0" position and then turning it
back to the start position.
Connect the hose.
Clean the hose.
Fit the container correctly.
Mount the correct sack.
Change or repair hose.
Clean or change fi lter.
Clean the hose.
Attach the upper section of
the machine correctly.
Take off the top and clean
out.
Book a service.
