Other closing units than the ones described in the standard can not be
installed for keeping the door closed in locked position, if the written
consent of the competent authority has not been obtained.

A plate with this pictogram should be provided

at the inner side of the door, directly above
the furniture set or at the furniture set itself, if
it has a sufficiently large and even area for the
marking.
11)
After the installation of the emergency exit / panic locking element:
Inspection and mechanic actuation of the emergency exit / panic
locking system to ensure that all parts of the system are in a satisfactory
operating condition. The actuation forces for the release of the
emergency escape door lock must be measured with a force gauge and
recorded.
12)
An emergency exit / panic locking system must be constructed in such
a way that the door can swing out without any problems towards the
escape direction after being released.
13)
An emergency exit / panic locking system produced according to this
standard is constructed for the installation at door sashes which are not
heavier than 200 kg, not higher than 3000 mm and not wider than
1600 mm, overlap included.
14)
(Outer) actuation units must not prevent the emergency exit door locking
system to be operated from the inside, neither with the door locked nor
unlocked.
