Setting The Timer - Domo DO709K Mode D'emploi

USE
1. Open the lid of the appliance, and use the thermo jug to add the required amount of water to the
water reservoir. Do not exceed the maximum mark.
2. Insert a paper filter into the removable filter.
3. Add the desired amount of coffee to the filter and move the water discharge tube so that it is
positioned above the filter. Close the lid.
4. Place the lid on the thermo jug. Make sure the little arrow on the lid corresponds to the middle icon
on the jug. Insert the glass carafe horizontally into the coffee maker. Put it on the keep-warm plate,
under the drip stop.
5. Plug the power cord into the outlet and press the on/off button. The indicator light will light up and
the coffee maker will start brewing. You can remove the carafe from the coffee maker at any chosen
time for a maximum of 30 seconds to pour coffee. The appliance will stop dripping automatically.
6. The coffee is ready about one minute after the coffee stops dripping from the appliance.
7. The final amount of coffee will always be a little less than the amount of water you put in, because
the coffee absorbs water.
8. To pour the coffee, make sure the little arrow on the lid corresponds to the icon that pours coffee on
the jug (closest to the pouring spout). Be careful while pouring, the coffee is hot right after brewing.
9. For safety reasons it is considered wise to keep the lid on the carafe. This way the coffee also stays
warm.
10. The device will keep the coffee warm for up to 40 minutes. Afterwards, the device will shut off
automatically. To maintain an optimal coffee taste, it is best to serve the coffee right after brewing.
11. Always make sure that the coffee maker is switched off and unplug the power cord from the outlet
when the appliance is not in use.
POINTERS FOR GREAT COFFEE
· A clean coffee maker is essential to make great tasting coffee. Clean the appliance regularly according
to the guidelines. Always use fresh, cold water in the coffee maker.
· Store coffee in a dry and cool place.
· Do not reuse any coffee, as this will greatly affect the taste of your coffee. We also do not recommend
reheating coffee.
SETTING THE TIME
1. Put the plug in the socket. The display will show "12:00".
2. Press the program button to set the time. The display will show "CLOCK".
3. To set the correct time, press the hours button and the minutes button.
4. Once the time has been set, press the program button three times to confirm the time.

SETTING THE TIMER

1. Prepare the appliance to set coffee as indicated under "use" but do not press the on/off button yet.
2. Press the program button twice to set the timer. The display will show "TIMER".
3. To set the timer, press the hours button and the minutes button.
4. Press the program button to confirm the timer. The time and the set timer will appear on the display
alternatively. The indicator light will now turn green.
5. The coffee will begin to run at the time that has been set using the timer.
