breastshield on the breast
as in chapter 7.1 step 2 and 3.

Place the second breastshield on
the breast so that the nipple
is properly centred in the tunnel.

Twist down the vacuum regulator ring
and increase the vacuum until it is slightly
uncomfortable. Turn back to reduce
the vacuum slightly. Start with a manual
pumping movement.
