No corrective action is required.
N.B.: This message may appear when filling the hot tub, as the water
temperature may be quite low.
"COL" will only appear when the spa is in Economy mode.
The panel shows ICE
A potential freeze condition has been detected.
You do not need to take any action. The pump and heater are
activated to circulate and heat the water until the hot tub is no
longer in danger.
N.B.: "ICE" will only appear when the spa is in Economy mode.

Water temperature is above acceptable limits.
Do not get into the spa, the water may be too hot.
The safety software has been activated and the spa is deactivated;
a problem has been detected which may damage the spa or its com-
ponents.
Contact an authorised Jacuzzi® service centre.
Troubleshooting
If the spa is not working the way it should, please first review all the
installation and operating instructions in this manual and check
the message on the panel display. If you are still not satisfied it is
working properly, please follow the troubleshooting instructions
provided.
None of the components are working (pump, light)
Is there power to the spa?
Is the household circuit breaker tripped?
Call your authorized dealer.
Pump does not operate but light does
Press the JETS 1 button:
If the water remains still, check the level and make sure the s-
pa is plugged in. If the problem persists, contact your Jacuzzi® re-
tailer.
The main jets pump 1 operates but no water flows to jets.
Jets may all be closed. Verify all jets are in the open "on" position.
Pump may not be properly primed. This can happen after the spa is
drained and refilled.
Press the JETS 1 button on the control panel several times, n-
ever leaving the motor running for more than 5 to 10 seconds at
a time. Turn power off and let the air out of spa plumbing system
by removing the filter cartridge . Make certain you reinstall the
filter cartridge before turning on spa power and restarting the
jets pump 1.
POOR JET ACTION.
Check that all the hydromassage intakes are open.
Make sure the pump is active.
Check the position of the selectors of the type of massage.
Open the air controls by pressing on the Jacuzzi logo on the
surface.
Check that the filter cartridges are not dirty (see the relevant
chapter).
WATER IS TOO HOT.
Reduce temperature setting.
WATER IS TOO COLD
Check temperature setting.
Keep the spa cover in place while heating.
Check that Economy mode is not active (see the relevant chapter).
If, despite these checks, the problem persists, contact your tru-
sted retailer or an authorised Jacuzzi® support centre.
