FAILURES AND TROUBLESHOOTING
The following table shows the most common failures and recommendations for repair.

GENERAL NOTES
If all the recommendations for installation, operation and cleaning given in this manual are met,
then the stove is safe for household use.
Remove the packaging before installing the stove.
Beware of possible injuries because the wooden slats are connected with nails.
Dispose of the plastic bag in the designated place in accordance with the regulations.
Dispose of the old stove that you no longer want to use in the designated place in accordance with
the regulations.
The red pigment in red stoves (red enamelled stoves) may darken when the stove is heated. When
the stove cools, the colour returns to its original shade.
If the bricks are damaged (breaking, cracking) and they fall out of the bearing, do not continue
with stoking and using the stove in order to avoid burning the outer sheet metal parts in which
case the warranty on those sheet metal parts would not apply. Call the service immediately in
order to resolve the mentioned problems.
Glass braids installed on the firebox door and ashtray are not subject to warranty.
All complaints, assessed as failures or malfunction of the stove, should be reported to the factory
or authorized service by phone or in writing with the receipt. All contact details are at the end of
this manual.
All failures can only be repaired by the factory service.
If unauthorized persons perform servicing or any repairs and alterations to the stove, the stove
