Primary air regulation
Set the primary air regulator in open position (Figure 3a) during ignition and keep it in that
position until the stove is in stable operation after inserting larger pieces of wood or coal. Then set
the regulator in the closed position (when burning wood and wood briquettes - Figure 3b) and
keep it in that position while the stove is in operation. When closed, the regulator prevents the
supply of air under the grille, which reduces the intensity of burning.
If the fuel is of poor quality, partially open the regulator.
Do not close the regulator when burning coal.

STOVE CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
With regular and proper cleaning, you enable proper operation and extend the life of the stove.
Always clean the exterior and interior when the stove is cold.
Cleaning the exterior - with a soft cloth that will not damage the surfaces of the stove. You can
use detergents of chemical origin since they do not damage the surface of the stove. Do not clean
coated and enamelled surfaces with abrasives.
Cleaning the interior - use protective gloves when cleaning the stove. Clean the accumulated
soot from the stove firebox inner walls, pick up small and unburned pieces from the grate, clean
the ashtray and the accumulated ash inside the stove.
Cleaning the glass - the firebox glass gets dirty during the stove operation. Use mild detergents
for cleaning. Do not use abrasives as the glass may be damaged. Clean the glass only when it has
cooled.
Flue cleaning and maintenance - it is recommended to clean and inspect the flue at least once a
year as well as after prolonged downtime. Regular maintenance and inspection of the flue will
prevent fire and poor operation of the stove.
