Les doseurs doivent être rigoureusement nettoyés tous les soirs.
Cette trappe peut être placée dans 3 positions diff érentes :
= trappe complètement ouverte (position semence).
= trappe partiellement ouverte (position engrais)
= trappe fermée (position remisage engrais)
Reprise du chantier
Tous les matins, lors de la reprise de chantier, il est important de
sécher le circuit pneumatique :
- Sans produit, faire tourner la turbine à son régime nominal.
Ceci pendant 10 minutes au minimum.

The metering units must be thoroughly cleaned every evening.
This hatch may be placed in 3 diff erent positions:
= hatch fully open (seed position).
= hatch partially open (fertiliser position).
= hatch closed (fertiliser storage position)
Starting work on site again
Every morning when work on the site restarts it is essential to
dry the pneumatic circuit:
- Operate the fan at its nominal speed without product. This
must be done for a minimum of 10 minutes.

Die Dosierer mü ssen jeden Abend sorgfältig gereinigt werden.
Dieser Schieber kann in drei verschiedenen Positionen platziert
werden:
= Schieber vollständig geöff net (Position «Saatgut»).
= Schieber teilweise geöff net (Position «Dünger»)
= Schieber geschlossen (Position «Dünger nachfüllen»)
Wiederaufnahme der Feldarbeit
Es ist wichtig, dass jeden Morgen vor Aufnahme der Feldarbeit
der Druckluftkreislauf getrocknet wird:
- Das Gebläse ohne eingefülltes Produkt bei Nenndrehzahl
einschalten. Mindestens 10 Minuten drehen lassen.
- Après 10 minutes, vérifi er les éléments suivants :
- Doseur
- Injecteur
- Circuit de transport pneumatique
- Tête de distribution
- Système de localisation du produit au sol
Vous ne devez pas constater la présence d'humidité ou
d'agglomération de produit.
Si il y a de l'humidité, continuer à sécher le circuit.
Si il y a de l'agglomération, retirer le produit et nettoyer les
surfaces.
- After 10 minutes check the following parts:
- Metering device
- Injector
- Pneumatic transport circuit
- Delivery chute
- System for locating the product in the soil
You should not observe the presence of humidity or product
agglomeration.
If there is humidity continue to dry the circuit.
If there is agglomeration, remove the product and clean the
surfaces.
- Nach 10 Minuten folgende Elemente überprüfen:
- Dosierer
- Injektor
- Druckluft-Förderkreisanlage
- Ausgabekopf
- Anlage zur Bestimmung der Bodenposition des Produkts
Achten Sie darauf, dass im Produkt keinerlei Feuchtigkeit zu
erkennen ist und dieses nicht verklumpt ist.
Wenn Feuchtigkeit erkennbar ist, den Trockenvorgang
fortsetzen.
Sollten sich Klumpen gebildet haben, entnehmen Sie das
Produkt und reinigen Sie die Oberfl ächen.
