Preparation
1. Take out the salmon from fridge. If it was in
frozen state, defrost it by setting power to
300 W and the time to 6 min.
2. Take out the defrosted salmon and season
with pepper and salt.
3. Put the seasoned salmon on a dish and add
2 tsp of water, after that cover the dish. If it
was covered by plastic wrapping, leave some
holes on the wrapping by a fork.
4. Put the dish on turntable. Set the microwave
power to 600 W and cook for 7 min.
5. Add little lemon juice and serve.

Preparation
1. Mix the minced beef, onion, beaten egg and
bread crumb to make a meat loaf dough and
season with salt and pepper.
2. Form a meat loaf and place it in a
microwaveable dish. After that cover the dish.
If it was covered by plastic wrapping, leave
some holes on the wrapping by a fork.

3. Cook the meat loaf for around 18-23 minutes
at 700 W Microwave power.
4. Meanwhile, combine all the ingredients for
sauce in a small bowl.
5. After the meat loaf is done, drizzle the sauce
over meat loaf. Cover and microwave for
5 minutes at 700 W Microwave power.
6. Serve and Enjoy.
