f ) The car seat can be fitted on the front passenger seat or on
any one of the rear seats so long as they are equipped with an
Isofix system. Never use this Car seat rear facing on any vehicle's
seat (Fig. 12).
g) Make sure that the buckle of the car's three-point belt is not
too far up. Otherwise, try to install the car seat on a different
seat in the vehicle.
2. Installation with the vehicle's 3-point seat belt (see illustra-
tions from number 16-24)

Focus areas
a) The car seat must be installed with the backrest. It is not ap-
proved for use without the backrest. (Fig. 9)
b) The vehicle seat must be equipped with a 3-point safety harness,
whether static or with a retractor, approved according to UN/ECE
Regulation no. 16 or other equivalent standards (Fig. 10).
c) Never fit the car seat to a vehicle seat that is only equipped
with a 2-point safety belt (Fig. 11).
d) Make sure that the abdominal portion of the vehicle seat belt
rests correctly on the waist of the child.
e) If used in a vehicle equipped with rear vehicle seat belts with
integrated air bags (inflatable seat belts), the interplay be-
tween the inflatable portion of the seat belt and this child re-
straint system could cause serious injury or death. When using
the car seat in vehicles equipped with rear vehicle seat belt
with integrated air bags (inflatable seat belts), follow the car
manufacturer's instruction manual.
f ) The car seat can be fitted on the front passenger seat or on any

seats facing the sides or opposite to the direction of the driver's
seat (Fig. 12).
g) Make sure that the buckle of the car's three-point belt is not
too far up. Otherwise, try to install the car seat on a different
seat in the vehicle.
How to clean the fabric cover
The child car seat's fabric cover can be removed and washed by
hand or in a washing machine at 30°C. Please refer to the cleaning
instructions on the fabric label which illustrates the following wash-
ing symbols:

Do not iron
Do not dry clean
Never use abrasive detergents or solvents. Do not dry the fabric cover
within a dryer, let it dry without squeezing it.
The fabric cover must only be replaced with another cover approved
by the manufacturer, since it is an integral part of the child car seat
and, therefore, one of its safety elements.
WARNING! To ensure the safety of the child car seat, never use it with-
out its fabric cover.
